You're right. Don't put aside play just because you're an adult.I treat myself to a trip to the toy store for any little thing that catches my fancy when I feel sad.Playing with all the things in there cheers me up and having something to play with at home is fun too!It may not replace analysis but it certainly doesn't hurt. ;-)
