Looking up in my yard that is what I see.
I am surrounded by trilling birds.
Where I sit on my deck seems to be right alongside their path of flight.
So far a robin, blue jay and cardinal have whizzed past my face.
Times like this I wish I had a Zeiss lens installed in my head.

Hope my view brightened your day.
Maybe your new view will be nicer?
Such a pretty image, the first one!
Thank you CB!
When I saw the pictures I remembered how was the sunlight in my youth days (and there's no magical, to me, as those scents and light remmemberings)
You are lucky to have such good recall. Not everyone does. Seems the harder I try to remember those things the more difficult it becomes.
My mom was a city girl transplanted to the country. She taught me to love nature. Luckily I can still recall the light from our walks in the woods. :)
Lovely colors, I love your view of the world.
I would tell that I remember (a glance) of being in a baby car faced up and feeling the sunlight trough the fabrics of the dipper (in my father's village at that time, dippers were washed after every use) but who believes me?
After years of telling me that could be a gained memory even I don't...
Some lucky people do retain memory from babyhood. I try but I remain like most, my memories begin at about three.
