Some more things about -who else?

I began this blog in the end of 2004.
I was experiencing a big shake up in my family. That, in turn triggered memories of my father's suicide in 1988.
So, in early 2005 I began recounting some stories of my father's life and death.
Coincidentally Hunters S Thompson then offed himself.
I was outraged that he would do this till I saw his emaciated condition in a press photo taken in his kitchen office in his home in Aspen.
Next my mother was diagnosed with lung cancer in the end of April 2005.
I have been blogging continuously through her illness and her death.
I feel the urgency to blog daily as this is a reference point for my life.
Forgive me if I slow down a little, I promise I won't go away.
I've become painfully aware I haven't done enough for myself in a good long while.
I'll be around but if there are lapses you'll know why.

Oh my, Jozee. Talk about stress points off the chart! My thoughts are with you.
Thank you Ginnie.
You have had some hard times, and if you have to go away at times, I will miss you, but understand.
*hugs*
Thanks Heather. I'll probably be here but just in case...
I don't like to let my blogs go for more than a day. It makes me feel irresponsible.
Since I work at home as well I'm hesitant to give up this outside contact.
You may just be seeing more snippets of me.
Email's an option. ;-)
I gave up on daily blogging months before Dad passed.
It isn't as important as some feel.
Really it isn't.
Well, since I write for myself I'll stop when it's no longer important to me.
