Yesterday a dragonfly stood still for me and a beaver swam by and gave me the eye.
He looked at me straight on- then I turned for a sideways view.
Diving under and swimming away as he heard my sister and her friend returning.

The dragonfly is my favorite.
Very difficult to take a pic of a beaver in nature... They are very elusive. You had that moment of pure happiness! :)
